Managed Services

We include a trained Bar Manager to oversee the beverage service at nearly all our events. Our management team works closely with the food caterer, deejay, or host to help coordinate any goings-on, special toasts or attend to any specific guest needs. Plus, while out on the event floor, our managers are better able to recognize potential complications before they occur to help ensure a smooth running event.

Professional Presentations

We take pride in our bar set ups, not only do our presentations looks attractive, but they are designed to be more efficient than using a table or renting a bar from a rental company. Our customized portable bars eliminate the clutter that happens when serving from a table top. Bars are faster, neater, & look more professional. Typically we provide our own portable bars, back table, linen & skirting. We build back-lit, multi level, bottle displays, while integrating your events’ color & design scheme. We feel that the bar area should look like part of your event, not some trashy side show. We figure that the better we look, the better you look, & we make you look great!

 Licensed and Insured

These days, there simply is too much liability involved when alcohol is part of your event. Though no one can prevent you from being sued, we can, & do take a front line of defense when contracted to cater an event. Our staff is trained to recognize potential problems, slow down or cut off heavy drinkers, check identification, & maintain a professional, yet fun, atmosphere at your event. Our management staff has train with the ABC, each taking the LEAD course that they provide. We are there to protect everyone’s interest while providing you & your guests with a legal, professionally run beverage, bar service.

Environmentally Friendly

At Bar Masters Inc, we strive to be as environmentally responsible as possible.  We recycle all of our bottles & cans from our events, as well as plastic cups & liquor bottles. We also use natural, environmentally safe cleaning products to clean our bars, bottles, where house & linens/ laundry. We use recycled trash liners, and paper products whenever possible.

Community Oriented

We do our utmost to support the community, we purchase our wines from local wineries; Clarksburg, Lodi & Napa.  While we strive to provide an inexpensive, local wine, we are also concerned with quality.
